Maya
Office Manager
Maya has been part of our practice since 2022 and is one of the people who keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. She loves making sure our patients, referring offices, and team have everything they need—and she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed.
Maya enjoys getting to know our patients and creating a welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door. She also shares an alma mater with Dr. Ricks, as both attended the University of Iowa.
Outside of the office, Maya enjoys baking, cross-stitching, and snuggling up with her cat.
Kayla
Lead Dental Assistant
Kayla has been part of our practice for over 10 years and is truly the heartbeat of our clinical team. As our Lead Dental Assistant, she keeps the clinical side of our practice running smoothly and helps ensure our standard of care is always top-notch. She has an incredible ability to anticipate what our doctors and patients may need before they even know they need it!
Outside the office, Kayla enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter. And if you ask our team, she also makes the best pasta salad!
Melissa
Dental Assistant
Melissa joined our team after completing the Dental Assisting Program at College of DuPage. She originally interned at our office and loved it so much that she never left! Since then, she’s become a valued part of our team, helping patients feel at ease throughout their visits.
Outside the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her sons, shopping, and trying new foods.
Maria
Dental Assistant
Maria is an integral part of our clinical team and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their treatment. She works closely with our doctors to ensure each appointment runs smoothly and that patients receive attentive, compassionate care.
Maria also helps our Spanish-speaking patients feel more comfortable and understood during their visits.
When she’s not at the office, Maria enjoys skincare and all things Jellycat. Her warm personality and caring nature make her a favorite among both patients and our team.
Cindy
Marketing Coordinator
Cindy has been with our practice for over 10 years and is the friendly face behind many of our relationships with referring dental offices. She plays an integral role in keeping those connections strong and making sure our referring partners know how much we appreciate them.
Outside the office, Cindy loves traveling—and, of course, enjoying good wine and cheese along the way.
Claudia
Receptionist
Claudia may be the newest member of our team, but she brings more than 6 years of dental experience with her. She’s our resident insurance expert, helping patients navigate their benefits and understand the financial side of their care. She also assists our Spanish-speaking patients and loves making everyone feel welcomed from the moment they call or walk through our doors.
When she’s off the clock, Claudia enjoys shopping, spending time with her dog, and traveling.
