I went to Dr. Ricks for a second opinion on tooth extraction/replacement vs root canal. She explained why extraction/replacement was not necessary or recommended in my case. I LOVED my 1st experience w Dr. Linda Ricks! The whole experience was perfect! I called & Maya answered. They got me in right away & the whole staff from start to finish was exceptional. My dentist trust them & I can see why. They are extremely honest & won't have you do more work than you need. Trust me; I have been to places like that. You can tell Linda cares sincerely for her patients. I had a root canal done. She was excellent at numbing the area. I didn't even feel it. She was so gentle. She did a very hard tooth all the way in the back. Her dental assistant & her did my root canal perfectly. Even my dentist said, they did an incredible job! I WILL refer anyone to Linda. She is patient & so kind. It was so clean inside & adorable.
